it depends on the binding but. You can go up a shoe size (like from 9 to 9.5) and the shell sizeof the boot may not go up. If the boot is just barely too small take it to a good boot shop and see if they can stretch it. I had a pair of bindings in a pair of skis that I bought that were set for 308mm shell size and they were able to fit my 324mm boots. also dont max out the screw or lever that lets them slide. never use the last slot, hole whatever.
