Rome 390's or Rome Targa's - 2007/05/31 22:02 Has anyone used both of these bindings and which one is better. Money really isn't an object as I could obtain either for less than $150. I like both of their design's and I realize there isn't much difference. Which one would be best for park? Thanks

Re:Rome 390's or Rome Targa's - 2007/06/01 00:14 I don't snowboard but I did some research to try and help you out. It looks like the Targa would be best for you if you are finicky with your bindings and how everything is placed. Both have adjustable placement toe straps though. If you really care about weight it looks like the 390 is it. The Targa could be too customizable and offer too many adjustments so it may actually be harder to configure how you want. It really comes to how much you usually wish you could change that one little thing on regular bindings and if you want to save as much weight as possible. Hope that helped

Re:Rome 390's or Rome Targa's - 2007/06/01 09:12 I have both, so I can give a relatively accurate response. If you like a stiffer binding(via Rome standards, so still relatively soft) then go with the Targas. If you want a super flexy binding, go with the 390's. Both are dope, so you'll probably be stoked either way...

Re:Rome 390's or Rome Targa's - 2007/06/01 13:14 thanks, another thing though

Does the insert on the cap strap really make a huge difference? because I know the Targa's have it and 390's don't.
