Injured Rider Zak Shelhamer broke his collarbone earlier this season, so he's taken up photography. His shots are up to the caliber of his riding for sure. Here are some pics from Zak at Boreal with his brother-in-law, Andy Finch, a few days before Andy got hurt prior to the X-Games. Believe us when we say Steve Fisher wouldn't have only been worried about Senor Blanco, Andy was boosting higher than we've ever seen, and had several tricks on lock that were in his signature "way higher than you" fashion. Enjoy.
The Final Block At Tahoe Contest was this past weekend at Boreal Ski Resort. Tons of pros turned out for Olypian Andy Finch and MFM to judge as they threw it down for the G4TV.com TV cameras.
TheSnowLife.com was at the official grand opening of "The Stash" at Northstar at Tahoe. Check it out, it's SICK!
Once again, Boreal Ski Resort is the first ski resort in the Tahoe area to open their superpipe. Andy Finch was there practicing for the upcoming X-Games, and a ton of other shredders were there getting their fix on. TheSnowLife.com photographer Jack Burnett was on hand to bring you some of the action. Enjoy!
TheSnowLife.com and a bunch of friends invaded Heavenly's brand new terrain park to shred on Wednesday. The pictures don't lie, people were KILLING it.
Terren Gomez was on hand to show us all up with his ridiculous pics at the Heavenly Shred Session as well.
Our featured photographer, Terren Gomez, was out at his home mountain to cover the always exciting Volcom Peanut Butter and Rail Jam at Sierra at Tahoe. The event was sick, and Terrens pics are even sicker. Check them out!
Our Staff was also on hand to cover the event. Check out our pics as well
TheSnowLife.com Team was also at Alpine Meadows for the Snowbomb Sick And Twisted Big Air competition. The talent pool was ridiculous, and there were people throwing down hard from all over the place, not just Tahoe. Jon Foy, TheSnowLife.com team rider took home 2nd place with a switch backside 7 and front 9. Represent!
Guest Photographer Jack Burnett was on hand to get some shots as well. Check out his perspective on the action.
So TheSnowLife.com team had a little too much fun the past week or two. We were out on the hill about 8 days, and took a ton of pics, only, we went home and partied instead of uploading pics and getting work done. Well, we all made it our new years resolution to not do that anymore. So pardon the onslaught of galleries to check out. Here are the first three, with about 5 more on the way. Also, check out the sick trailer our boy Jeff Loewe from Colorado sent us. This kid is no joke!
